Shipping Policy

Australia wide Shipping


We aim to process and dispatch all orders as efficiently as possible, while ensuring each piece arrives beautifully presented and protected. 

Shipping is calcuated based on weight, if you order table linen and napkin sets, then your shipping will fall into standard rates unless your really stocking up, then multiple will fall into a higher weight category. 

Flowers are light weight but very long and wide, for this reason postage is calculated based on carton size. 

other items like platers, vases and baskets are all larger, this is weight and size, if your ever wishing to double check shipping, please use the chat box and ask us to check it for you manually. 

flower baskets are light weight however or protection they need to be wrapped and packed during postage to avoid movement, movement. 

Processing Times

Our handcrafted flower baskets require a little extra care. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing prior to dispatch.
All other items are processed and shipped same day when ordered before 12pm (AEST). Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.

Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
Standard time: 5-10 business days 

If you experience and issue with shipping, please inform us asap so we can update this with our shipping provider and either provide you a refund or replacement, its your choice.
