At Bearberry & Mellow, each piece is thoughtfully prepared and carefully inspected before it leaves us. As a small business, we take great pride in the quality and presentation of every order.

For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We will gladly assist if your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect.

All products undergo individual quality checks prior to dispatch; however, in the unlikely event that something has been overlooked, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To lodge a claim, please email us with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the defect

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault.

Important Notes

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• We do not accept returns for general wear and tear, misuse, or minor variations that are inherent to handmade or natural materials.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
